Alex Hormozi's £100 Million UK Expansion: The Business Philosopher Targeting British Entrepreneurs — The Great British News

Alex Hormozi is one of the most influential voices in the global entrepreneurship community. His books — “$100M Offers” and “$100M Leads” — have sold millions of copies worldwide and are standard reading material for ambitious founders across the English-speaking world. Now he is turning his attention, and his capital, toward Britain.

The UK Strategy

Acquisition.com, Hormozi's holding company which acquires and grows service businesses, is actively looking for UK acquisitions in the £5 million to £50 million revenue range. Hormozi has told associates that he believes British service businesses — particularly in professional services, fitness, and education — are systematically undervalued relative to comparable US businesses, and that applying his operational playbook in the UK market represents a significant opportunity.

"The fundamentals of great business are the same everywhere," Hormozi told a private audience of 300 British entrepreneurs at a London event last month. "Offer, acquisition, retention — the model works just as well in Birmingham as in Boston. But British businesses are, on average, leaving a lot of money on the table because they're not thinking big enough."

The Events Strategy

Alongside the acquisition programme, Hormozi is establishing a significant UK events presence, with an annual London summit for founders and a regional programme covering Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. The events, modelled on the high-production-value format of his US business summits, are expected to attract thousands of British entrepreneurs.

For a British business culture that has traditionally been more reserved about overt commercial ambition, Hormozi's arrival represents both a challenge and an opportunity. His message — that building a great business is a moral imperative as well as a commercial one — resonates with a generation of British founders who are ready to think on a different scale.
